In our p90x plans, we have included a comprehensive session of yoga videos, which is the only one in the series which goes on for an hour and a half. With complete instructions to guide you through the difficult postures the session of Yoga that Super Fit has designed gives your body that wonderful sculpting it would otherwise not have had. Many of our trainees have complemented us on our decision to inculcate Yoga in our fitness plans, and we are glad that it has been appreciated. After all, aiming to cross national boundaries does take us to the most exclusive and effective arts of eastern origin.
