We are shifting to our new home next week. We just bought this lovely 3 bed room house in the suburbs. I always dreamed of living in the suburbs ever since my son was born. My husband was in the army so we never stick to one place and shifted to several different locations.  I could never think of buying a house with our small savings. Even if you get a house loan from the bank, it takes forever to return that loan. Paying such a high interest rate can even make you financially crippled in a few years, a risk which I did not want to take. I found out about VA Loans while browsing the internet one day. They guarantee 100 % financing which meant that we did not have to put any money down when purchasing our home. My husband further searched the website on VA Loans and once he was fully satisfied, we applied for a loan. I just can’t wait to shift to my new house.
